WeDpro works with community based groups in Angeles City and Olongapo City, with Buklod ng Nagkakaisang Kababaihan ng Angeles City and Buklod Center in Olongapo City. Both organizations are led by victims/survivors of gender- based violence including trafficking and sexual exploitation. They undertake organizing, non-formal education and training, advocacy and networking. WeDpro continues to support these groups by providing technical assistance, resources and expertise for their programs and organizational development needs. WeDpro helped organize the United Philippine Amerasians (UPA). Many of the members of UPA have been involved in the past with WeDpro, when they were children as many of the women of Buklod ng Nagkakaisang Kababaihan ng Angeles Cityad Buklod Center in Olongapo City have been involved with WeDpro since the 1990s. WeDpro has supported UPA in its leadership training, advocacy for policy reforms and organizational development projects and activities. Other communities involve with WeDpro are those that have been part of projects implemented by the organization. Continuing relationships are maintained through technical assistance requested by local communities and through other means of engagement.
