Are you looking to make a difference? You’ve come to the right place. WeDpro works to empower women and children who are marginalized and vulnerable, and we’re looking for people to help us build a world that’s fair… not just for women, but for everyone!

We’re looking for young researchers, youth board members, volunteers, and interns to work with us on a variety of projects, ranging from working in disaster areas to address the urgent needs of women, children, and the most vulnerable members of the community; to doing policy research and advocacy on gender and its relationship to various issues, including livelihood, environmental sustainability, and domestic violence; to exploring creative solutions for building the confidence of marginalized youth.

Researchers

If you…

  • … are interested in working on interesting research projects related to gender, human and women’s rights, and social justice
  • … have some experience conducting focus group discussions, key informant interviews, participant observation, and other qualitative research techniques
  • … are bright, sharp, quick, and adaptable

… then you should get in touch with us! A degree in a field that requires qualitative research experience (gender and women’s studies, sociology, anthropology, psychology, planning, political science, other social science) is ideal. Experience in quantitative research techniques is optional but good to have. Apply as a researcher now.

Volunteer or intern at WeDpro

Come volunteer with WeDpro, and along the way, you’ll deepen experience in skills that are needed in running a nonprofit (such as writing grant applications and sourcing funding) and get to experience what it’s like to work in an organization that works with international bodies such as the European Union and the United Nations. Apply as a volunteer or intern now.
